THE CODEXIFY FIELD GUIDE

Understand the work.
Keep the thread.

A practical map of Resonant Constructs: what we are building, how the system works, and where the ideas become useful in the real world.

Start with the question that brought you here. Each guide below leads to a finished page in the project, so you can keep following the thread instead of waiting for a documentation library to arrive.

Start with the basics Talk through a use case

01 / ORIENTATION

Start here

New to the work? These three pages establish the vocabulary, product shape, and operating model in that order.

01Product overviewWhat Codexify doesSee the core loop: import your history and documents, build a local graph, and ask questions of your own context.Read the guide 02Core conceptWhat a Construct isLearn how a persistent, contextual system can cohere with your patterns without replacing your judgment.Read the guide 03System mapHow the pieces fitFollow the control plane, interface, durable storage, and semantic retrieval that make the workspace more than a chat window.Read the guide

Begin with the product, then follow the ideas that give it structure.

02 / SYSTEMS & BOUNDARIES

Understand the architecture

Move from the personal device to the team environment, then inspect the data boundary underneath both.

01For individualsPersonal architectureExplore local-first operation, persistent context, and exportable state for a tool that stays close to its owner.Read the guide 02For teamsOrganizational deploymentSee how governed AI can support real operating environments through controlled boundaries and inspectable continuity.Read the guide 03Trust boundaryData sovereigntyReview where data lives, what happens during sync or cloud use, and which portability and verification commitments matter.Read the guide
Architecture is most useful when the boundaries are visible.Next: the principles
03 / THE REASONING

Evaluate the principles

The architecture follows a point of view about ownership, privacy, and sustainability. Read the reasoning behind it.

01Our principlesWhy sovereignty mattersRead the case for cognitive tools that belong to the people who use them, not the systems that extract from them.Read the guide 02Business modelWhy we chargeUnderstand the connection between paid software, privacy, portability, and a business model that does not depend on surveillance.Read the guide

04 / FROM IDEA TO APPLICATION

Apply it to your work

If you are exploring this for a real workflow or organization, use these pages to turn the concepts into a concrete next step.

01Find the leverageAudit a workflowIdentify where context is lost, work is repeated, or automation could help without flattening the human decisions involved.Read the guide 02Build locallyPlan a local AI deploymentStart with the infrastructure, privacy, and operational questions that make local AI useful beyond a proof of concept.Read the guide 03Protect contextDesign a private knowledge systemSee how durable, searchable knowledge can support a team while keeping ownership and access boundaries explicit.Read the guide
