Receipts Make Delegated Work Inspectable

A commit hash records that files changed. It does not explain whether the intended behavior was accepted, whether a runtime path was exercised, or which limitations remain.

Use a closeout receipt with scope, changed surfaces, validation commands, proof tier, known failures, and the exact claim the evidence supports. Return it to the issue or task record so it survives the chat session.

Receipts reduce supervision cost because the operator can review evidence and boundaries instead of reconstructing the whole execution from confidence-laden prose.
