Release Readiness Is a Decision, Not a Vibe

‘Looks ready’ is not a release posture. A defensible decision lists the supported path, the assets at risk, the threat model, the known blockers, and the evidence required before the claim can change.

Use explicit go and no-go conditions: loopback binding, authenticated sensitive routes, redacted diagnostics, constrained federation, and a release entrypoint that cannot accidentally expose a different server.

This turns a release review into an executable checklist. The goal is not to eliminate uncertainty; it is to prevent uncertainty from being smuggled into a public promise.
