Show the Operating Loop

People understand an AI product faster when they can follow an operating loop: context enters, the system plans or routes, an approved action runs, evidence returns, and a human accepts the result.

Use the interface to distinguish control-plane decisions from data-plane work. That makes permissions, review gates, and failure recovery easier to explain than a flat feature grid.

If the loop cannot be drawn in a few steps, the architecture or the product language probably still contains an unresolved boundary.
